SUMMARY
FOAMfrat collects personal information that you choose to share with us, and our partners. Your information is kept secure through industry best practices, but no matter how secure, any security measures can be breached, especially if you do not carefully protect your own usernames and passwords based on best practices that are commonly known, or readily available for research through normal channels off and online.You can modify your information through your account settings on the FOAMfrat website, or the websites of our partners that you maintain an account on, however, we may retain your information on an aggregate, non-personally-identifiable basis for bona fide business purposes even if you are no longer a registered user, or customer.
Please make sure that you read and understand this privacy policy, as well as our Terms of Service (collectively known as, the "Agreement"). INTRODUCTION TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
FOAMfrat and our partners know that our users care how their personally identifiable information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you attend our events, or use our website for ticketing, accessing any of our web pages, or content, use any of our mobile applications, online platforms, or other related offerings.
By visiting and using these services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Agreement.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
You MUST be 18, or older to use our services in any manner. Minors under the age of 18 and who are at least 13 years of age are only permitted to use our services through an account owned by a parent, or legal guardian with their express and appropriate permission and then ONLY under the parent, or legal guardian's DIRECT SUPERVISION. In certain circumstances you may not have to create an account to use our services, however, if you do choose to create an account and sign up for a service, or use our services we may collect a variety of information from you for that service based on what you provide us, such as your name, birth date, are range, gender, email, physical address / billing address (or both), payment information (if paying to use our service, or for ticketing), other payment information as required by third party payment systems, or other operations necessary and customary for conducting business. We do not require users to provide their race, ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union memberships, physical, or mental health, or other protected health information, sexual orientation, or criminal record. Please DO NOT post or add personal data to your account that you would not want to be publicly available.
Depending on which of our services, or the services of our partners that you use, additional information may be collected and stored, if necessary in order for us to provide a particular service. Such information may include (although this is not an exhaustive list of all possibilities):

- Community discussions such as chats, dispute resolution, correspondence through the website, MailChimp, or other similar third party services that FOAMfrat LLC. uses to perform business that is usual and customary, and any correspondence sent to us via any communication method (written, audio, physical media, etc. - which may then be housed on another storage medium i.e. Hand-written correspondence may be scanned and stored on digital storage mediums, audio that is expressly identified as being legally recorded, or submitted to FOAMfrat, LLC., or our partners may also be copied and stored on a variety of digital storage mediums, etc.)
- Computer sign-on data, time and data data, statistics on page views, your IP address, your GPS location, the type of computing environment you use, and traffic to and from the FOAMfrat Website (including data about you whenever you interact with the FOAMfrat Website, or the websites of our partners - which includes search data, clicks on links, sent messages, comments both private and public, replies or queries, etc.)
- Other technical information, or data collected from FOAMfrat website, or partner, sponsor, and vendor website traffic, including IP address and standard web log information and information gathered from cookies, beacons, and other mechanisms.

We may also collect contextual, or demographic information / data about our users from third parties, in order to more effectively deliver our products and services. Unless you have been notified otherwise, all information collected through our authorized third party services remains governed by security and confidentiality obligations consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
USING OTHER SITES TO LOGIN TO OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES
Some users may choose to connect to the FOAMfrat website, or to the websites of our partners, using third party account credentials (ie. Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc). If you choose to connect your account using a third party account, you understand that some of your information may also be subject to separate policies of such third parties. FOAMfrat primarily uses services and infrastructure bases in the United States in order to deliver service to you. We may process your personal data for the purposes of our legitimate interests or for the legitimate interests of our partners, or other third parties, provided that such processing shall not outweigh your rights and freedoms. - Protect you, protect FOAMfrat, or FOAMfrat staff and others from threats (such as security threats, or Fraud)

WHAT INFORMATION YOU CAN ACCESS
Through your account settings on the FOAMfrat website you may access, edit, or delete information that you have provided and your record of interactions with FOAMfrat. Such information and interactions, and your ability to update them may vary from service to service (some of this is due to regulatory requirements - ie. This is most apparent when dealing with Continuing Education submission).
You do have the right to access and control your information - You can request that your information be deleted, modified, or corrected, Object to, or Limit use of information (if we have no legal right to use it), you can also ask us to access your information and you can ask for a copy of the information you provided in machine-readable form. You have the ability to limit information using certain tools on your browser, or device. You may be able to add, update, or delete information as explained above, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information for our records. Please note that some information may remain in our records for legitimate business reasons even after you delete it, such as out analyzing aggregated data regarding past usage of our service(s), or the service(s) of our partners. If you don't want to receive email, or other communications from us, you can adjust your email preferences from your account, or opt-out by clicking the link provided in emails. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION

However, even after you deactivate your account, we can retain copies of information about you and any transactions, or services in which you have participated for a period of time that is consistent with applicable law, statute of limitations, or as we believe is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, to detect, or prevent fraud, to collect fees owed, to resolve disputes, to address problems with our services, to assist with investigations, or to enforce applicable agreements and / or policies ot to take any other actions consistent with applicable law.
Information you have shared with others (through comments, or other posts) will remain visible after you close your account, or delete the information from your own account and we do not control data that other users copied out of our service, website, or other visible mediums.

In addition, if you are a California resident, the CCPA grants you the right to request certain information about our practices with respect to California Information. In particular, you can request the following:
- The Categories and specific pieces of your California Information that we've collected.
- The categories of sources from which we collected California Information.
- The business, or commercial purposes from which we collected California Information.
- The categories of third parties with which we shared California Information:
- The business, or commercial purposes for which we collected, or sold California Information.

Upon request we will delete the California Information we have collected about you, except for situations when that information is necessary for us to: provide you with a product, or service that you requested; perform a contract we entered into with you, maintain the functionality, or security of our systems; comply with, or exercise rights provided by law; or use the information internally in ways that are compatible with the context in which you provided the information to us, or that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us.

YOUR RIGHT TO ASK US NOT TO SELL YOUR CALIFORNIA INFORMATION
You can always tell us not to sell your California Information.

Once we receive and process your request, we will not sell your California Information unless you later allow us to do so. Typically, FlightBridgeED does not sell any of your information as a general rule.
DO NOT TRACK NOTICE
We do not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals and similar signals because a uniform technology standard has not yet been developed.We continue to review new technologies and may adopt a standard once one is created.
OUR SUPPORT FOR THE EXERCISE OF YOUR DATA RIGHTS
We are committed to providing you control over your California Information. If you exercise any of these rights explained in this section of the Privacy Policy, we will not disadvantage you. You will not be denied, or charged different prices, or rates for goods, or services, or provided a different level, or quality of goods, or services.
CONSUMERS UNDER THE AGE OF 16
CCPA has specific rules regarding the use of California Information from consumers under 16 years of age. In particular, consistent with the CCPA, if we knowingly collected the California Information of a consumer under the age of16, we will not sell the information unless we receive affirmative permission to do so from a verifiable parent, or guardian. If the consumer is between the ages of 13 and 16 years of age, the consumer may provide that permission based on CCPA guidelines, but FOAMfrat will still pursue the consent of a verifiable parent, or guardian.

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

LEGAL DISCLOSURES
It is possible that we will need to disclose information about you when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) Investigate, precent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government agencies; (2) enforce our agreements with you, (3) investigate and defend ourselves against any third party claims, or allegations, (4) protect the security, or integrity of our service(s), or the service(s) of our partners; or (5) exercise or protect the rights and safety of FOAMfrat, our partners, our users, personnel, or others. We attempt to notify users about legal demands for their personal data when appropriate in our judgement, unless prohibited by law, or court order when the request is an emergency. We may dispute such demands when we believe, in our discretion, that the requests are excessive, or vague, or have a lack of proper authority, but we cannot guarantee that FOAMfrat, and our partners will challenge every demand.
